I’m Lucinda.

I’m a psychotherapist dedicated in helping you lead a resilient life.

At the core of our emotional challenges is the need to heal the wounds caused by disconnection—whether from others or from ourselves.

I focus on helping you restore a sense of safety in relationships, both with yourself and those around you. We can create space for emotional regulation, healing, and deeper connection.

I believe that healing is an ongoing journey, and as your therapist, I’m committed to continuously growing alongside you, as I can only take you as far as I have gone. I regularly pursue further training in therapeutic approaches, along with my own mindfulness practice.
