Where to start with inner child work

Have you felt a persistent sense of anxiety, or fear, or emotional reactions no matter what you do?

Perhaps you often feel anxious or disconnected, or find yourself reacting in ways you don’t fully understand. This is a powerful, often invisible effect of our early relationships—the attachments that shape us deeply, often beyond our awareness.

As a therapist and a proud graduate of USC, I’ve spent years helping individuals like you understand how past experiences impact present well-being. Through healing and trauma work, I’ve seen people break free from feeling stuck, discover the roots of their emotional patterns, and step into a life of empowerment and emotional clarity.
